Please visit my new homepage at clisby.net! This website will be taken down in the coming months (30/12/14).

New: Video of my talk at the Mathematics of Planet Earth Conference, July 2013, The importance of fast algorithms for simulating complex systems. (Video format because I use the simulator to illustrate some points.)
New: Pivot algorithm simulation. The simulation is viewable in modern browsers, or it can be run as an application on your computer via the Java Virtual Machine.
New: Hamiltonian path generator.
New: video of a self-avoiding walk with 100 million steps on the cubic lattice.

Link to square lattice version here. (N.B.: both videos look much better in HD, so choose the highest resolution your screen and internet connection will support.)

Feel free to browse the site, for ease of reference here is a quick synopsis of the content.
